Payment Timing
Payment is required at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed. For installment payments, your order will only be shipped after the first payment is confirmed.

Failed or Declined Payments

Discounts, Coupons & Promotions
Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers must be applied at checkout. Only one promotion can typically be applied per order, unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been completed.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
In case of chargebacks, we reserve the right to provide the bank or payment processor with transaction documentation to verify the purchase. For disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve issues directly.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placement by emailing service@kahnsjewelry.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window, but we will do our best to accommodate requests before shipment.
Taxes & Fees
Applicable sales tax or VAT will be applied according to local regulations. Any additional fees such as currency conversion charges, bank fees, or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
International Payments & Shipping Notes
