  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days; shipping time: 3–7 business days; daily order cutoff: 3 PM.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable events are not our responsibility. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return eligible items within 30 business days of receipt.
  • If returns are not received within 7 business days after approval, please email service@kahnsjewelry.com.
