Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

If You Haven’t Received Your Order

Undelivered or Returned Packages

    • No one is available to receive the delivery

Lost Package Procedure

  • Investigations may take several business days. Once confirmed lost, you may choose:

    2. Full refund
