Order Cut-Off & Processing
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

If You Haven’t Received Your Order

Undelivered or Returned Packages

- No one is available to receive the delivery

Lost Package Procedure
- If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Investigations may take several business days. Once confirmed lost, you may choose:

- Full refund
Changing Shipping Address
